We would like to inform you about how to request a customer support through our customer support portal.

1. Issue/Technical Inquiries((Tech)

 

  • After logging in, click on [New Ticket] in the upper right corner.




  • Fill in [Title], [Requestor] according to the ticket submission form.

  • Under [Services], select the item you want and set the [Urgency] for the call.
            (Ex. Service: AWS -> EC2, Urgency: Low)




  • In the [Description] box below, enter the details of the inquiry you are requesting.
     When you are done, click [Submit] to send your request.




    • If you fill out the information below and submit it, you can get a faster response.    -> AWS account ID, RI ID, region, screenshot, payment, purchase details, etc.
      • AWS Account ID
      • Issue start/finish time:
      • Region:
      • Resource ID:
      • Issue status(Is the issue still ongoing, or solved, or recurred?): 
      • Description of the situation:
      •  -> If you have difficulty explaining in writing, it would be better if you could draw it in the form of a picture and attach it.
        -> In some cases, you can understand the contents through Outbound Call. If you need a detailed explanation, you can ask for a phone number.
         


 

2. Account/billing Inquiries(Non-tech)

  • Before requesting an account/billing inquiry, the following process must be preceded so that we can check and support your account.

       The following steps must be performed with the root account.

 

 

 

 


  • Fill in [Title], [Requestor] according to the ticket submission form.

        Under [Services], select the item you want from Billing -> [Category] and set the [Urgency] for the call.

 

 

 

  • In the [Description] box below, enter the details of the inquiry you are requesting.
  • If you fill out the information below and submit it, you can get a faster response.

        -> AWS account ID, RI ID, region, screenshot, payment, purchase details, etc.

  • When you are done, click [Submit] to send your request.
